Russia and Finland discuss further possibilities for stimulating East-West rail cargo routes.On 28 June in Moscow, Vladimir Yakunin, CEO of RZD Russian Railways and Henri Kuitunen, CEO of VR Finnish Railways signed an agreement on organizing freight traffic on Finland-Moscow-Finland route with use of the 'Northern Lights' container train.
